Delays caused by non-responsiveness or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines and eligibility for refunds.

05.Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, designs, and code — is the property of Apex Web Studios or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Apex Web Studios.

Where a refund is issued, rights to the associated project files transfer back to Apex Web Studios, and the client may not display, reuse, or reproduce those materials.

06.Payments and Billing

Pricing for services is as specified in your selected package or written quote.

• Payments are due as outlined in your order form or invoice
• Discounted and bundled packages are subject to their specific terms
• Rush services (for example, 24-hour delivery) may incur additional charges
• Hosting packages and domain fees are billed separately and are non-refundable

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

07.Project Delivery Terms

Completed project files are delivered to your account within approximately 5–7 business days after the project is finalized, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee (for example, 24-hour delivery for an added charge). Delivery timelines depend on timely client feedback and the provision of all required materials.

08.Revisions and Approvals

Revisions are provided according to the package you select. Some packages include unlimited revisions with a typical turnaround of 48 hours, provided the core design concept remains unchanged.

Our team follows the design specifications provided in your order form and will not deviate from the agreed brief without your approval. Once a deliverable is approved by you, it is considered final.

09.Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a satisfaction-focused refund policy, subject to the following conditions:

• A 30-day money-back window applies from the date of order, valid only before revisions are requested on the initial work
• Full refund (less a 10% administrative fee) before initial design delivery
• 66% refund (less a 10% fee) within 48 hours of delivery
• 33% refund (less a 10% fee) within 48–96 hours of delivery
• No refund after 96 hours, after final delivery, or after 7 working days of client inactivity
• Rush (24-hour) services, hosting packages, and discounted or bundled packages are non-refundable once any service is finalized

10.Limitation of Liability

Apex Web Studios provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or business.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Apex Web Studios is not responsible for correspondence received from email addresses or phone numbers other than our official channels (info@apexwebstudios.net and our listed contact numbers).
